The Junior Resident DJ Programme (for under 18s) supports developing DJs as they build confidence, refine their style, and grow their presence within the Tribe XR community—while actively contributing to the Tribe scene.

✅ The goal of the Junior Resident DJ program is to support growth, learning, and community participation while helping DJs work toward becoming full Resident DJs.

Requirements

• Be able to perform a DJ set (20–60 minutes recommended)
• Be an active member of the Tribe XR community for >5 months & a member of the Younge DJ Elites on Discord (DM Charlotte who can add you)
• Support Tribe through your social media and community participation (tags, hashtags, sharing events, etc.)
• Participate in community activities such as events, discussions, Tribe Lounge & workshops
• Demonstrate basic mixing techniques (beatmatching, transitions)
• Provide your DJ name (logo optional)
• Have a basic understanding of the camera system
• Use simple background visuals
• Maintain some form of social media presence
• Be open to learning and improving your DJing and related skills.
