Tribe XR Videosphere Guide 🌍

💡 Purpose

This guide explains how to find, create and customise Videosphere environments in Tribe XR.

The Videosphere is a 360° visual environment inside Tribe XR, wraps a spherical video (.mp4) around the entire room.

We have some visual packs to get you started, but if you are keen to personalise this space, below will show you how.

Key Points & FAQ’s

• Accepted files - .mp4
• These store in the movies or videos folder on your headset
• The file name must be filename_360.mp4 in order to work
• All files need to be 4096 × 2048 px
• The larger the file, the more likely it is to cause glitching
• In app, the center of the image is what you see in front of you and your eye line will be on the equater (central line). This can not be changed, but videos and images can be edited to swap this perspective
